Early Registration & Trade Show Set Up

Sunday, October 20 | 4-6 p.m.

Due to the record number of attendees and Monday’s 8 a.m. Trade Show open, we strongly encourage those arriving on or before Sunday to utilize early registration. Badge pickup and Trade Show setup take place Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m.

 

Exhibitors: Completed payment authorization is required for packages to be delivered to your table.

 

Monday registration opens at 7 a.m.

Choose a meeting location in advance

The Carrier Meeting Room will be open for the duration of the Summit. Carriers can reserve a numbered table on a poster outside the room upon registration and logo signs will be available for further visibility. When setting appointments with members, please indicate if you will be located in the Carrier Meeting Room.

Additionally, red, white, and blue flags will be displayed in various areas around the Hall of State near the Target Markets registration area. To ease congestion near the registration table, please specify a flag color as your meeting point when coordinating appointments with attendees.

Complimentary Shuttle Service Information

A complimentary shuttle service, provided by TMPAA, will be available for attendees staying at the Courtyard/SpringHill Suites. The shuttle will run on the following schedule:

 

Monday and Tuesday: 

  • 6:45-8:45 AM to Westin Kierland
  • 5:45-7:45 PM returning to Courtyard/SpringHill

Wednesday: 

  • 6:45-8:45 AM to Westin Kierland
  • No return to Courtyard/SpringHill

This service ensures a convenient commute to and from the event location.

Sign Up for Packages from Home

Monday and Tuesday

The annual “Packages from Home” initiative provides care packages and letters to our active-duty men and women serving abroad, assembled by meeting attendees. Schedule a 30-minute time slot and arrive at any time during your appointment to participate. Only a few minutes are needed to assist. Look for the table outside the Trade Show room.
