2018 Mid-Year Meeting In Review More than 600 program business professionals converged on Baltimore for the 2018 TMPAA Mid-Year Meeting. Best-selling author, Michael Lewis engaged the audience with personal stories and insights from some of his 16 books, a Town Hall presentation discussed the importance of claims management, Vince Tizzio and Dr. Robert Hartwig relayed their unique industry knowledge, and several workshops addressed current and emerging trends in program business.

The TMPAA recently recognized seven members for attaining the Certified Programs Leader (CPL) Designation during the 2018 Mid-Year Meeting. The new CPL recipients are Jackie Bourret, Kyle Hyla, Scott Thatcher, Brett Dailey, Ben Goldberg, Carole Gravenese and Brian Sunderman. Click here to read more.
Agencies Recognized for Best Practice Recertification
Four agencies were recognized for their Best Practice Recertification at the recent Mid-Year Meeting. Clarion Associates, US Assure, U.S. Risk and Venture Insurance Programs completed the recertification process required every three years to maintain the integrity of the Designation. “Promoting excellence in Program Administration and enhancing the status of Program Business in the insurance industry is the mission of this Association,” stated Tony Campisi, TMPAA President and President of Glatfelter Insurance Group. “Once again we are proud to celebrate the achievements of our members who operate at the highest quality levels demonstrating expertise in all phases of Program Administration.
