General Information

Important information for Trade Show exhibitors:

  • All attendees must submit a regular meeting registration. Trade Show registrations are for a booth in the Trade Show room only.
  • Displays (banners, backdrops, furniture, screens, etc.) are not to exceed the 6’ table width. This allows us to keep the Trade Show in the same room as our meals and Welcome Reception. Any display exceeding this requirement will be removed for the duration of the show.
  • Set up can begin on Sunday, October 20 between 4-6:00pm.
  • Payment authorization with FedEx must be done in advance. Packages sent to the hotel will be delivered to the Trade Show room AFTER payment of handling fees.
  • Material received prior to October 16 may be subject to an additional storage charge.
  • All packages must use the TMPAA shipping labels.
  • Electric and A/V orders are placed directly with Encore.
  • The TMPAA provides internet access.
  • The Trade Show begins Monday, October 21 at 8:00am.
  • The Trade Show concludes on Tuesday, October 22 at 4:00pm. No booths should be broken down before this time.

Meeting Registration
Trade Show registration is for table/booth space only. All attendees must complete individual meeting registrations.

Solicitation Policy
With more than 150 service providers, many members of the Association find the volume of contacts in advance of our events challenging to manage. Please review and adhere to this policy for your member communications.

Mobile App
Every service provider is included in the mobile app. Trade show exhibitor profiles are included in the mobile app. Content will be taken from your profile on the TMPAA website. Please make sure your listing on the site is accurate and up to date by August 30.
