TMPAA Carrier
Plan to meet the 50+ program markets of the TMPAA The "Carrier Meet and Greet" event is once again planned for this year's Summit, scheduled immediately following the general session on Tuesday, October 22 at 10:30am. This event ensures program administrator attendees can connect with all participating carrier members. It has been referred to as the "speed dating" portion of the Summit, and is not designed for lengthy program submission discussions. The Carrier Meeting hall will be available later on Tuesday for more detailed discussions of program opportunities.
Meet your next Program Partnerat the TMPAA Charities Networking Golf Tournament Arrive early for the Summit and participate in the tournament -
October 21 at 7:30am Unlike other golf events, pairings in this tournament are made to maximize the networking opportunities between carriers, program administrators and vendors. The tournament is designed for golfers of all skill (or lack thereof) levels. Participants must also be registered to attend the 13th Annual Summit.

The TMPAA Employment Bulletin Board will show information submitted by member agencies/companies that detail positions they are seeking to fill. Individuals will have the ability to confidentially review a list of employment opportunities posted by members of the group. The Bulletin board is now open to non members seeking employment in the program industry segment. Professional program employment services are also available on the Bulletin Board page of the TMPAA website.
Market Finding Resource Attending the Summit or connecting with a carrier to explore a potential business opportunity? The TMPAA Carrier Committee has developed the Program Executive Summary that provides sufficient information to allow carrier members to properly evaluate an initial submission for possible further consideration. Program Administrators are strongly encouraged to use this summary when engaging TMPAA carriers in these initial discussions. |

Need a new Corporate Photo? Still using that photo with a full head of hair, the absence of wrinkles, holding your college diploma? Help is on the way. The TMPAA has made arrangements to have a professional photographer at the October Summit to take that corporate headshot you need for print, websites, LinkedIn, and all other media that requires your image. The Association will email you the high resolution file following the event. A two hour window will be available on Tuesday afternoon from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Interested parties will be assigned a time slot, so no more than a few minutes away from your business meetings will be required. Targeting Talent Trophy Application Deadline - September 13 Tysers, working with the TMPAA, is proud to sponsor the "Targeting Talent Trophy" which looks to provide a selected individual, from a Program Administrator member of the Association, the opportunity to travel to London for a 10 day educational assignment during the spring of 2014.
The selected applicant will leave London with a comprehensive understanding of how Program Business is transacted in the London market, spending time with the Tysers' broking team and various Lloyd's syndicates. There will be a focus on all aspects of transacting Program Business in London from client introduction through placement to accounting and claims.
