The TMPAA convenes in Dallas for the 2025 Mid-Year Meeting May 6-8. Expect access to 90+ program carriers including London Markets, premier service providers, reinsurance support, program development and distribution resources, and networking opportunities with more than 1,200 program business professionals.

For the first time, our Mid-Year Meeting will begin on Tuesday and end on Thursday, so please plan your schedule accordingly.

Coming Soon: Carrier Table Reservations

New this year, Carrier members can reserve one table in the Carrier Meeting Rooms in advance. This makes it easier to connect with other attendees, as you can share your table number and location when scheduling appointments. A logo sign will be placed on each reserved table before registration opens on Tuesday morning. Carrier member contacts can expect an email in the coming weeks with a link to the reservation form.

Trade Show Registration Opens February 3

Online registration for the 2025 Mid-Year Meeting Trade Show opens on Febraury 3. Space is limited! The room diagram and additional information will appear in the Trade Show category on the meeting page at that time. 

 

For planning purposes, set up will be available on Monday. May 5 from 4-6 p.m. or on Tuesday morning at 7 a.m.

Earn the PBP™ Designation

TMPAA has partnered with The Institutes to offer the Program Business Professional™ (PBP) designation, combining program-specific content with courses from the CPCU® designation. This curriculum advances expertise in Program Business while earning credit toward additional designations. 

 

Program Administrator members who complete the PBP coursework by Oct. 1, 2025 are eligible for a full reimbusement.
