An agenda is also provided on the back so you don't miss a session. COVID-19 Testing The Association has contracted with an organization, Impact Health, to provide voluntary and free COVID-19 testing at the Westin Kierland to assist members if they choose to use this for registration compliance or for any in-meeting testing that may be necessary. Attendees can expect information next week with instructions on how to register to access testing. Schedule Your Summit Meetings Today Target Markets provides two different methods to assist with setting up meetings during the Summit. Attendee lists are emailed to registered participants every other week (last update 9/30) and it is posted on the Summit page, accessible to members once signed in to the site. We also have two simple forms if looking to meet with a Carrier or Service Provider member. These submissions come directly to the TMPAA and will be forwarded on to the appropriate contact to set up a meeting. Service Provider Meeting Request

October 19 | 10:30 a.m. With travel restrictions preventing most London Markets from participating directly in this year’s Open House, we have developed an event that will provide answers for administrators interested in learning more about program opportunities with Lloyd’s. Claims at Lloyd’s US Head of Claims at Lloyd’s, Carey Bond, will discuss claims handling at Lloyd’s including the current grandfathering/ onboarding process for TPAs, identified at Lloyd’s as DCAs (Delegated Claims Authorities). Carey will also describe impacts of the Lloyd’s Catastrophe Portal and GEO explorer program on the Lloyd’s market using recent events (Hurricane Ida and West Coast wildfires) to demonstrate the usefulness of these two new tools. The role of Head of Claims, Americas is a position brought about by the Future at Lloyd’s. Carey will expand on what that means to the Lloyd’s market in the US.
