Following the Summit, the Association received significant feedback regarding the volume of email solicitations in the weeks prior to and after the event. To address these concerns, and maintain the ability for service provider members to describe their solution/product to a receptive audience, the Advisory Board has established solicitation guidelines for communicating with potential business partners in the group. Please review the policy here. Service Provider members are required to complete the acknowledgement survey.

Beginning in January, we will highlight service provider members in a structured bi-weekly email from the Association. Service providers can sign up for this opportunity by completing a short form available in the link below.

Forging business connections is critical to the success of the TMPAA and our members. Our goal is to create an environment that allows members the opportunity to inform others of their specific solution or product. With more than 150 Service Provider members, many in the Association have expressed concerns about the volume of email messages in advance of our events. To address these concerns, the Advisory Board has recommended a strategy and policy for communicating with potential business partners in the group. Members can expect full details soon.

The annual “Packages from Home” initiative at the Summit was an overwhelming success. With attendee help and volunteers from TheBest Claims Solutions, all boxes were packed in one day! In addition, the TMPAA Charities Networking Golf Tournament had a record number of participants and $1,300 in additional cash donations were received via golf mulligans and the "Magic" Johnson photo raffle.

With more than 1,200 attendees expected, we encourage anyone arriving to the Summit on (or before) Sunday to take advantage of early registration. Badge and program pick up will be available from 6-8 p.m. inside on Sunday, October 16. Program administrators, carriers, and service providers will check in at separate tables. Monday registration opens at 8 a.m.

Prior to her Wednesday keynote regarding the global economy, Diane Swonk will join the Women’s Leadership Lunch to tell her personal story of becoming one of the top economic forecasters in the U.S. and someone the Chicago Sun Times named one of the “Most Influential Women in Business.” Author of The Passionate Economist, Diane will discuss how diversity in all of its forms helps the bottom line by creating a deeper pool of talent.
