Tim Hardcastle is the CEO and Co-Founder of INSTANDA, a no-code digital insurance platform that delivers unprecedented flexibility to design, distribute and manage any type of insurance product on a global basis.
INSTANDA currently employs over 150 people globally, and its customer base includes over 75 of the world's largest insurance organizations in Europe, the United States, Canada, South America, Australia, the UAE and Asia.
Prior to Co-Founding INSTANDA in 2016, Tim Hardcastle held several executive positions in the insurance and technology sectors, including CIO at Hiscox and COO of Agilisys. Tim, who is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, has a range of senior and C-suite experience spanning the dotcom boom through to large scale system implementations of SAP and Oracle. Tim is a passionate advocate of technology as an enabler, and speaks and writes regularly on this topic, as well as mentoring early stage insurtech start-ups and their founders.
