2021 Mid-Year Meeting in Tampa Cancelled
TMPAA Members and Friends,
During the past several weeks we have explored multiple options that would allow us to safely provide an in-person event in Tampa for business development opportunities during the week of our scheduled Mid-Year Meeting. The continuing pandemic impact and the resultant company travel restrictions has made this impossible for the small number of members expressing interest in attending.
It is for this reason the TMPAA Advisory Board and Staff have decided to cancel plans for an in-person event and organize a virtual May Networking Week with many of the same components employed during the virtual Summit in October.
If you have already registered and paid for the Mid-Year Meeting, you will receive a refund shortly. You will remain on the attendee list for the May networking event that you can expect to hear more about in the coming weeks. If you reserved a room at the Marriott Water Street in the TMPAA room block, that reservation will be automatically cancelled.
We will provide more information about our plans to connect Program Administrator, Carrier and Service Provider members soon. It is our goal to maximize the value of these virtual connections until we can all gather in Scottsdale for what should be an extraordinary 21st Annual TMPAA Summit this October.
