Best Practice Guidelines for your Agency Self Audit
Heidi Strommen, President, ProHost USA – Past TM President
George Tsui, President, Goyoto Consulting
A committee of your program peers recently updated and enhanced the Best Practice standards that are applied to agencies seeking the TMPAA Best Practice Designation. The evaluation tool, however, can also be an important resource to conduct a Best Practice Self Audit of your program operation.
Join one of our best practice evaluators and a program administrator who has gone through the best practice process for this workshop that will examine current best practice standards, and answer questions about the criteria you can use for an internal self-audit, the results of which can be applied to your strategic planning process.
The TM Best Practice evaluation tool will be distributed to all attendees.
