MMA Programs Awarded Best Practice Honors
The Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA) awarded MMA Programs the Association’s Best Practice Designation at their recent Summit in Scottsdale, AZ. ARA Insurance, Coastal Insurance Underwriters and Glatfelter Insurance Group were also recognized for completing the Best Practice Recertification, required every three years to maintain the integrity of the Designation.
“Promoting excellence in Program Administration and enhancing the status of Program Business in the insurance industry is the mission of this Association,” stated Tony Campisi, TMPAA President and President of Glatfelter Insurance Group. “Once again we are proud to celebrate the achievements of our members who operate at the highest quality levels demonstrating expertise in all phases of Program Administration. Our newest Best Practice Designation recipient, MMA Programs, exemplifies this model as do the agencies being recertified as best-in-class operations.”
“After the thorough evaluation of our operations and underwriting disciplines, MMA Programs is honored to be recognized as a ‘best-in-class’ program administrator,” stated Daniel W. Huckemeyer, Principal & Director, Programs. “TMPAA’s Best Practice evaluation process was educational with good takeaways which will only enhance our commitment to excellence both internally and to our valued clients. We are very happy that the Association provides the opportunity for agencies to challenge their operational functionality and be rewarded with a Best Practice Designation for succeeding!”
The Association’s 17th Annual Summit was attended by more than 800 program business professionals. The Keynote presentation was provided by Space Shuttle Commander Captain Mark Kelly.
