Martin & Company Aquires IDP's Bureau Reporting Business

2/10/25 Martin & Company, a leading provider of insurance technology solutions and consulting services for MGAs and carriers, has acquired IDP’s bureau reporting business and Compass, a reporting software platform created and developed by Terry Panichelli and Frank Giardina.

IDP provides policy administration systems, reporting, business intelligence, and analytics built specifically for insurers. With years of industry experience, IDP’s bureau reporting platform reports to all major bureaus for all lines of business in every state. Their streamlined reporting processes and software reduce costs for carriers by handling time-consuming tasks.

Compass offers analytical upside to a company’s data story using key metrics to monitor performance and profitability.
