Graham, who will focus on Dual's middle market energy casualty, ocean marine and inland marine underwriting segments, has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, he served as head of excess casualty national accounts at Everest Insurance, managing a portfolio of energy, construction and general industry sectors. He has also held leadership positions at AIG, Ace USA and ProSight Specialty.

Frey brings over 20 years of experience to his role at Dual, having most recently served as director of underwriting at Navigators with responsibility for the development and execution of the company's professional liability programs.

Graham will be based in Boston and Frey in Chicago. They will both report to Connie Germano, chief casualty officer at Dual.

The appointments come after Dual added Darren Wiltshire as its chief financial officer on 27 November.
