Adam succeeds Lori Cernera as president who has been in the role since 2006.

Adam has held several leadership roles overseeing strategy, product development, regulatory and compliance matters as well as developing and maintaining key brokerage and client relationships. “With Adam’s extensive background in the legal field, combined with his expertise in the business, Adam is well-positioned to lead the Accident & Health segment,” said Mike Seff,
SVP, Specialty Lines North America. “I look forward to his leadership and the continued success of this specialty line.”

Adam joined Intact in 2014 as an attorney in the Corporate Legal Department where he advised the company and its specialty insurance businesses on regulatory and compliance issues impacting its insurance offerings and corporate operations. Adam has been with the Accident & Health group for four years and most recently held the position of Managing Director and Chief
Compliance Officer for the segment.
