Worldwide Facilities Acquires Professional Liability Specialist MGU

IJ - National wholesale insurance broker and managing general agent Worldwide Facilities has acquired Hunt Jorgensen, a managing general underwriter specializing in professional liability insurance and related risk management services.

Headquartered in Maywood, NJ, Hunt Jorgensen focuses on providing professional liability insurance products and services through its CPAGoldTM, LawGoldTM, AdvisersGoldTM, and FiremarkTM programs to accountants, consultants, lawyers (including intellectual property lawyers), as well as registered investment advisors.

As part of the transaction, the Maywood office will be led by Worldwide Facilities senior vice-president Dave Collins. Collins is an experienced professional liability underwriter and program manager, as well as a licensed attorney. A release said that he has spent the past 11 years focusing on all aspects of professional liability programs, which includes development, underwriting, management, claims, and coverage.
