Description of Product or Services you would like to promote in the Association:

Promoting the Lloyd’s market to US distribution partners and their customers is our primary role and includes advice on accessing risk transfer solutions, as a coverholder or via the open market.  Although Lloyd's does not underwrite on behalf of the syndicates operating on the London platform, our representation of the entire market – in coordination with the London brokers and underwriters who operate distinct businesses within it – eases access for US distribution partners.   

How does your product or service specifically target/benefit Program Administrators:

Lloyd's operates the London platform that provides access to insurance and reinsurance products for brokers, MGA's, MGU's and program managers from around the world.  Within this environment, program design and products are available in multiple classes of business to US-based partners. 

What differentiates your product from others in the marketplace?

Lloyd’s has been doing business in the US for more than 100 years, and has been based in London since 1688.

Specialty coverages – includes D&O, E&O, Cyber, K&R, Contingency, EQ & Flood, among others

Significant capacity for property programs

Chain of Security includes syndicate and member assets directly supporting individual syndicate obligations and a Central Fund in excess of $4 billion to cover valid claims in the unlikely event of a syndicate insolvency.
