We area an insurance-specific practice within a financial services search and coaching/development firm.  Clients include carriers, reinsurors, distributors/program administrators and Insurtechs, where we place skilled individual contributors up through the C-suite.

How does your product or service specifically target/benefit Program Administrators:

We have observevd that this is an underserved community that deserves access to the industry's top talent.  We leverage our network to bring awareness to smaller organizations without the benefit of big brand names.

What differentiates your product from others in the marketplace?
