St. Paul, MN, October 19, 2012 — The new programs are Management and Professional Liability including EPLI and Third Party Liability for Public Entity and School Board officials on an individual risk or group basis. Stonebridge recently brought on board Bruce Henriksen to manage these programs which are underwritten on behalf of Sparta Specialty Insurance Company.
Along with Management/Professional Liability including EPLI/Third Party Liability, both programs also include Non-Monetary Relief Defense Expense reimbursement, Disciplinary Proceedings Expenses and Reimbursement for Loss of Earnings. The Public Officials program also includes Public Officials Crisis Event Expenses while the School Board program offers Non-Discriminatory Practices Defense Expense reimbursement.
Bruce Henriksen has more than 35 years of insurance experience during which he has served both national carriers and managing general agencies at underwriting management levels. Bruce’s career has spanned nearly 30 years of underwriting Public Entity and School Board Professional Liability, including the development of coverage forms and products.
Stonebridge is national program administrator operating in 40 states that specializes in 10 classes of business with 6 different carriers. Other Stonebridge programs include Hotels, Convenience Stores, Golf Courses, Religious Institutions, Tattoo Parlors, Pawnshops, Coin Operated Laundries and Assisted Living Facilities. Stonebridge works with retail agencies across the country and is looking for additional appointments in a number of their program classes of business including the two new professional programs.
