Paul is the CEO and Founder of Martin & Company. Over the past 30+ years, Paul has built a staff of highly talented and dedicated individuals with expertise across all markets and lines of business. Today, Martin & Company’s staff of 60 includes industry veterans, past regulators, and exceptional young talent. Paul currently oversees the operations of Martin & Company as it provides consulting and advisory services, as well technology offerings that create efficiencies for Property & Casualty and Life & Health carriers and MGAs.

Paul began his insurance career as a retail agent in 1991 selling commercial lines insurance. During this period, he recognized the lack of dependable advisory and information sources in the industry. Soon after, he noticed carriers were increasing their outsourcing. This paved the path for the Martin & Company to become what it is today—the preferred partner for carriers that need to outsource and MGAs that want to control their business. The company’s growth is attributed to its responsive service, its strong bench of experts, and its ability to accelerate time to market.

Paul is active in the insurance community. He supports ongoing education, serves as a member of various industry associations, and is an occasional presenter.
