Shipments

• Should be affixed with TMPAA labels
• Should arrive between October 13-17

FedEx

• Complete and return the Payment Authorization Form to usa1060@fedex.com
• Failure to pre-pay will delay package delivery

Booth Setup

• Early Trade Show setup will take place on Sunday, October 18 from 6-7 p.m.
• AV and electrical (including outlets and cables) must be ordered thru Encore
• Ensure booth materials do not exceed the 6’ allotted space

Outbound

• Booth breakdown may begin after 4 p.m.
• If possible, bring pre-paid labels for outbound shipments
• FedEx will facilitate all outbound shipments regardless of carrier, but they cannot create or process labels for other carriers
• Come with scissors and tape!
