BI – September 23, 2021 – Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. said Wednesday that its wholly owned third-party administrator Helmsman Management Services LLC has been given delegated claims administrator status by Lloyd’s of London.

The designation allows London market insurers with exposure to U.S. property/casualty and specialty lines to access the unit’s claims and legal management services.

Helmsman, the sixth-largest TPA in the U.S., according to parent Liberty, administers claims in the workers compensation, general liability, auto and property lines, among others.
