To reduce data entry, retail agents will be able to upload submissions directly into the Arch Contract Binding Operations portal using ACORD data found in their agency management system. The result will be a faster process to generate quotes and make it easier for agents and brokers to do business with the Arch Contract Binding Operations unit.
