A true innovation to the submission workflow, Reverse Portal allows a Carrier, Broker / MGA to parse data from submissions they receive via email and then drive retail agents into their portal to complete the submission.

A true innovation to the submission workflow, Reverse Portal allows a Carrier, Broker / MGA to parse data from submissions they receive via email and then drive retail agents into their portal to complete the submission.
With Appulate’s Reverse Portal, Carriers, Brokers / MGAs that continue to receive emailed submissions can effectively drive those agents into their portal to answer additional questions and complete the submission process. In this workflow, the agent would receive a link (via email) from the underwriter to bring them into the portal and finish the submission. Data entry time is reduced for all stakeholders and markets that have a portal will see greater use and value.
Since the launching of Appulate’s, “Submission Management†portal in 2011, retail agents have made nearly 200,000 submissions. However, until now, there was not a solution for situations where agents continued to email in their submissions.
