World’s fifth largest broker rebrands existing Special Risks Group; expands capabilities and improves service
SAN FRANCISCO, February, 2014 – Continuing to strengthen and improve customer service, Wells Fargo Insurance, part of Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC), has rebranded its Special Risks group to Safehold Special Risk, Inc. The new entity combines the division’s five practices: Wells Fargo Special Risks, Digital Risk, Britt Paulk, Agency Resources, and Harbor Risk. Under the new model, customers will have access to the multiple practices through a single contract, providing a more seamless experience.

Safehold Special Risk is a Program Administrator (PA) focused on the development and management of unique insurance programs including loss mitigation, risk identification, carrier evaluation, and claims management. The existing special risk practices will be renamed Safehold Special Risk, with Agency Resources (Workers’ Compensation) and Harbor Risk becoming sub-brands of Safehold Special Risk.
