Here are a few details to help maximize your time at the Summit: Carrier Meet & Greet/ Meetings – The Meet and Greet will take place at 10:30am on Tuesday with additional meeting opportunities from 1:00-5:00pm. Onsite contact information for carriers will be available at the TMPAA registration desk. Association Receptions – We have two evening Networking Receptions on Monday and Tuesday starting at 5:00pm. Plan to attend both! Workshops/Presentations are scheduled for Monday and Wednesday. No pre-registration necessary. Monday:

The vendor trade show opens at 1:00pm on Monday and remains open through the Tuesday evening networking reception. Click Here to view information pages on all our Vendors. General Sessions – Please plan to attend the General Sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday at 8:00am. We will be providing a few important updates about our Association before turning the spotlight over to Keynote Speakers Mary Matalin and James Carville on Tuesday and VJ Dowling on Wednesday. With a very close Presidential Election one week after the conclusion of the Summit, our Keynote speakers James Carville and Mary Matalin will be advocating strongly for their respective candidates. The interview format should be both informative and entertaining. Here is an opportunity to ask one or both individuals of this political power couple your question about the election. Speed Dating with 53 Program Markets Carrier Meet and Greet This event is once again planned for the Summit, scheduled immediately following the General Session on Tuesday, October 30 at 10:30. Program Administrator attendees will be able to connect with all of our carrier members. It has been referred to as the “speed dating” portion of the Summit. Plan to meet your next program business partner!

Important Hotel Reminder The TMPAA purchases a very large block of rooms in the Hyatt Regency and is therefore responsible to ensure they are full and paid for. Please contact the Association if you need to cancel your hotel reservation. A two night minimum payment is owed for rooms cancelled after October 15, but we can generally backfill rooms from our wait list to make everyone happy. The site features an enhanced search that makes it easier for agents to find the markets they need and an improved Outlet Center for our program administrators. The revamping of this website is an integral part of maintaining Target Programs’ position as the most cost-effective tool for connecting retail agents with our program administrator members. The proceeds from our networking Golf Tournament is the primary funding source for TMPAA Charities. We need sponsors to make this work.
