General Trade Show Info & Instructions

All exhibit materials may be sent to the Hilton Baltimore no earlier than Thursday, May 3, 2018.  Material arriving prior to that date will be subject to additional storage charges.

Set up for the Trade Show can begin on Monday, May 7 after 8:00 a.m.

Tear down of the Trade Show will be on Tuesday, May 8 after 6:30 p.m. or Wednesday before noon. The Trade Show ends on Tuesday evening.

Material remaining at the Hilton Baltimore past May 10 will be subject to a charge.

All exhibit material shipped to the Hilton Baltimore must use the shipping labels available here.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a tabletop event with 6’ tables. Your booth cannot exceed the 6’ space – we cannot grant exceptions. This requirement allows the TMPAA to keep all vendors in the same room as our receptions, networking breakfasts and lunches, maximizing the opportunity to meet and conduct business with attendees.
