General Info & Shipping Instructions

All exhibit materials may be sent to the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, Scottsdale, AZ no earlier than Thursday, October 12, 2017.  Material arriving prior to that date may be subject to an additional storage charge.

Set up for the Trade Show can begin on Monday, October 16 after 8:00 a.m.

Tear down of the Trade Show will be on Tuesday, October 17 after 6:30 p.m. or Wednesday before noon.

Material remaining at the Westin Kierland past October 19 will be subject to a charge.

All exhibit material shipped to the Westin Kierland must use the shipping labels available here.  Completion of the Shipping Notification Form is also required before any shipments will be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a tabletop event with 6’ tables. Your booth cannot exceed the 6’ space – we cannot grant exceptions. This requirement allows the TMPAA to keep all vendors in the same room as our receptions, networking breakfasts and lunches, maximizing the opportunity to meet and conduct business with attendees.
