(Dayton, Ohio) October 9, 2013 – The Norman-Spencer Agency, Inc., a leading national property and casualty insurance provider, announced today that it raised over $55,000 through a 5K run, golf outing, and silent auction dinner held on September 16, 2013 in Dayton, Ohio for the March of Dimes. 

October 3, 2013 - U.S. Risk Pro, a division national MGA and surplus lines wholesaler U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Inc., and Western World Insurance Group have launched a new program for private company directors and officers liability.

Here are a few details to help maximize your time at the Summit:
Meet me under the TMPAA Banner - If you are coordinating meetings at the event, the best spot to connect is under the TMPAA Banner near our registration table. Expect plenty of signage directing you to all the events in the hotel. Networking Lounge is close by!
Registration table will open on Monday at 9:00am.

Carrier Meet & Greet/Meetings - The Meet and Greet will take place at 10:30am on Tuesday with additional meeting opportunities from 1:00-5:00pm. Onsite contact information for carriers will be available at the TMPAA registration desk and in "Documents" found in the mobile app.

Association Receptions - We have two evening Networking Receptions on Monday and Tuesday starting at 5:00pm.  Plan to attend both!

Workshops/Presentations are scheduled for Monday and Wednesday. No pre-registration necessary.

Trade Show - Schedule a time to review the products from our Association vendors. The vendor trade show opens at 1:00pm on Monday and remains open through the Tuesday evening networking reception. Remember the Trade Show Challenge!

General Sessions - Please plan to attend the General Sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday morning. We will be providing a few important updates about our Association before turning the spotlight over to Keynote Speakers Carly Fiorina on Tuesday and Mike Foley on Wednesday.
TMPAA Charities "Packages from Home" - Support our troops by stopping at the table near Registration and the Networking Lounge. Pack a box and write a letter of support to one of our service men and women serving in active duty areas of the world.
Name Tags - We made it easy to locate Agency Members, Carriers, Vendors and Agency Member Prospects by color coding the name tags. Carriers are yellow, Vendors are blue, Agency Members are white and Member Prospects are red.

Attending the Summit or connecting with a carrier to explore a potential business opportunity? The TMPAA Carrier Committee has developed the Program Executive Summary that provides sufficient information to allow carrier members to properly evaluate an initial submission for possible further consideration. Program Administrators are strongly encouraged to use this summary when engaging TMPAA carriers in these initial discussions.

Need a new Corporate Photo?

Still using that photo with a full head of hair, the absence of wrinkles, holding your college diploma?  Help is on the way.

The TMPAA has made arrangements to have a professional photographer at the October Summit to take that corporate headshot you need for print, websites, LinkedIn, and all other media that requires your image.  The Association will email you the high resolution file following the event.

A two hour window will be available on Tuesday afternoon from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.  Interested parties will be assigned a time slot, so no more than a few minutes away from your business meetings will be required.

Unlike other golf events, pairings in this tournament are made to maximize the networking opportunities between carriers, program administrators and vendors. The tournament is designed for golfers of all skill (or lack thereof) levels.  Participants must also be registered to attend the 13th Annual Summit.

One Thousand Dollar Trade Show Challenge

The TMPAA has over 70 vendor partners that provide products and services for effective program administration and agency management. We would like to provide you with an incentive to explore these services and determine if they could bring value to your operation.

One of our vendors will be working with the Association staff for this incentive. No one will know the vendor identity. During the Summit, the 5th program administrator or carrier attendee who visits this vendor's trade show table and asks the contest question, "How can your product or service help me get business done" will win One Thousand Dollars from the TMPAA. We will not announce or inform the winner until the general session on Wednesday.

The more vendor services you learn about, the greater your chances of walking away with One Thousand Dollars, and potentially a valuable resource for your business.
