Profiles in Programs
“Target Markets is the most efficient platform for us to make and keep key relationships with a number of program carriers and other program managers. All of our current carrier relationships exist because of introductions at Association meetings.”
The Carrier Search Portal (CSP), launched this year, allows you to search for markets using specific program characteristics and quickly identify your most likely program partners. A market profile is available for every carrier member of Target Markets.

Best Practice #4: Sales
Many CEOs do not take full advantage of their status as CSO: Chief Sales Officer. They may think that this is the exclusive turf of their sales person or people, or may feel that their product does not require direct sales contact. However, when handling a sensitive situation with a key customer, or recruiting what could be a major customer, the presence of the CEO can have a very positive impact.
