Town Hall Meeting

Here is a quick reminder about our first PA Town Hall Meeting, scheduled for the Mid Year Event in Boston on Tuesday, May 1st exploring the following issues:

1. In House Producer/Sales Force Compensation

2. Rewards and Pitfalls of Taking Risk

In the next week you can expect to see an "In House Producer Compensation Survey" to complete about your agency operation.  These survey results will be shared during the presentation and made available as a resource for your management of this issue.

Along with the survey will be the opportunity to submit advance questions on both Town Hall topics.

Please complete the confidential survey and submit your questions when you receive that email correspondence.  Thank you!

The Mid Year Meeting will feature two "Open Houses" to address issues specific to your program business. Both Open House events will take place on Monday 4-30 from 1:30 to 3:30 PM.

M&A Open House – Focused on Your Business

How are the recent trends and issues in the industry affecting the value of my business?  Do I have an effective perpetuation plan in place?  Is this a good time to sell, or should I consider growing my business if I can find capital?  If you have these or other questions about your business, the team from Mystic Capital Advisors will be available to discuss your specific situation and offer advice/solutions.

Breckenridge Insurance Group Open House

As you are aware, one of the many reasons the Breckenridge Ins. Group invested in the TMPAA was to bring expanded services and capabilities for Association members.

At this Mid Year event, you are invited to meet the Breckenridge team members and share ideas on the various issues confronting your business.  Follow-up personal meetings are available if interested.  Information about and directions to the open house will be available at the TMPAA registration table.

Meet Me Under the TMPAA Banner!

If you are coordinating meetings at the TMPAA Mid Year Event with other Association members, here is the best spot to connect. Tell your business partner to meet on the 4th Floor of the Westin Copley Place Hotel under the TMPAA Banner.  A networking lounge and our registration table will all be available at that location.

Mid Year Meeting
Hotel Reminder

The Association has purchased a large block of rooms at the Westin Copley Place in advance of our Mid Year Meeting.  As a result, we are responsible for any rooms not used during our meeting, and need to take steps to avoid room drops that occur just prior to the event.

Please contact the Association if you need to cancel a room reservation.

Any cancellations after 4-16-12 will need to be paid for in full by the attendee unless we can refill from our wait list.
