TMPAA E&O Risk Retention Captive
Update
Be Part of the Core Group of Founders !

The TMPAA Risk Retention Group introduced at the Mid Year Meeting is moving forward based on the interest expressed by our members. We would like to provide an opportunity for all our members to be part of the core group of founders, and be a part of the group that takes the first step to really control their claims and defense costs – in a soft market or hard market.

As the Premier Program Business Association,  w
e understand the kind of E&O risks that program administrators face everyday.

Stable E&O costs – costs that won’t skyrocket in a hard market or when somebody sues your agency. An E&O action can get ugly. That’s why the right kind of E&O protection can make or break your agency.

The TMPAA Risk Retention Captive information presented at the Mid Year Meeting  is on the TMPAA website.   Check it out  or we can email it to you.

More than 20 of your fellow program administrator members have already said they want to know more. We can give you more details, answer your questions and help you decide if this new option – designed specifically for TMPAA members – will work for you.

The Target Markets Insurance Company will be up and running this fall.  Help us make this one of the TMPAA’s most valuable initiatives– we’re here to make it work for you.

TMPAA Charities Networking Golf Tournament

The proceeds from our networking Golf Tournament is the primary funding source for TMPAA Charities.  We need sponsors to make this work.

Unlike other golf events, pairings in this tournament are made to maximize the networking opportunities between Carriers, Program Administrators and Vendors.  Our first three Tournaments were tremendous successes.

Plan to arrive early and enjoy this networking opportunity.  Our Tournament is designed for golfers of all skill (or lack there of) levels.

Silent Auction

Do you have a skill you are willing to donate, a service you are willing to contribute, a piece of valuable sports memorabilia, or vacation time at a beach house?

Then TMPAA Charities is looking for you!

In coordination with the many events being held at this year’s Tenth Annual Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona, the TMPAA will be holding its first “Silent Auction” to benefit TMPAA Charities. We are asking members of the Association to donate items of value to be auctioned off to the highest bidder.
Items will not need to be brought to the Summit event in October. A picture, description, and estimated minimum bid of the items/services you are willing to donate are all we need to make this work.

  Service Activity

The TMPAA Charities is working to organize a service activity in the Phoenix area during our Summit in October for attendees who are able to participate.  Expect more information in the July newsletter.

Have your Agency recognized as a best in class  program operation at the
Tenth Annual Summit

Recognizing the expertise of program specialists and acknowledging the Administrators who run successful program operations will not only continue to promote excellence in this industry segment, but also provide important information for program markets as they seek partners with whom to do business.
