Mr. Mihulka began his career with Zurich subsidiary Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company in September 1999 as Assistant General Counsel. In 2001, he was named Vice President and Assistant General Counsel supporting the Contract Management Group within Zurich. He was later named Senior Assistant General Counsel supporting the Programs business unit in 2003, and was instrumental in the reorganization of the Corporate Legal department into a Functional Support Unit in 2007. Following that role, Paul served as Head of the Insurance Practice Group within Zurich in North America's Corporate Legal department.
Mr. Mihulka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Creighton University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law, and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
