Dyson brings a strong familiarity with Charity First’s programs and culture to the role. She has spent 16 years at Charity First, starting as an underwriter and underwriting supervisor, and later rising to the position of Area Executive Vice President.
“I feel I’m in a good place when it comes to facilitating growth and change,” Dyson says. “I know how the organization works and how to build procedures around new products and programs. Insurance is a relationship industry and I have also spent years developing relationships with our agency clients and carriers.”
Dyson’s goal is to continue supporting agents for the nonprofit & religious communities by offering comprehensive insurance products, while expanding Charity First’s capacity in both the nonprofit and for-profit commercial insurance sectors.
“Although I've been with Charity First for many years, I'm excited to have the opportunity to influence the organization from a new perspective,” says Dyson. “Charity First has a longstanding history of serving agents and brokers who work with nonprofits and social service clients. I want to build on this history and position the company to grow and thrive for years to come.”
